the location is perfect. the hotel itself is good and clean.
the air con in my room presented some issues, a situation i found quite unacceptable. the staff did move me to a new room, yet the initial inconvenience was considerable. breakfast is supposed to be a highlight, however the experience did not particularly impress me. i expected more attention to detail and a superior standard of service.

the location was central. it had good access to the pool. the staff provided excellent service. the free buffet breakfast included many dishes. it was a satisfactory beginning of the day. the koi pond looked nice. the swimming pool on the roof worked well.
the air conditioning was too loud. you could hear everything that happened in the corridor. no soundproofing existed. there was no convenient access to public transportation. i would appreciate improvements.

the location is definitely a PLUS it's near everything. the rooftop pool was nice. breakfast offered many options that i found to be fresh and tasty. i appreciated the courtyard setting for breakfast.
my room faced a courtyard and had very little natural light it was quite dim. the air conditioning worked well BUT it did make a loud noise at night. i could hear people in the corridor and in other rooms. this woke me up sometimes.
